Digit-al Dozen Does Look Up; Day 4

I'm still sharing Digit-al Dozen mani's even though I'm terribly behind with them!  For day 4 look up challenge, I'm sharing bubbles floating in the air based upon the neighbours children blowing bubbles in the middle of our court that I seen a couple weeks ago!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Butter London Molly-Coddled, no top coat.

I've been all about layering lately and this was another that I thought I would layer; added unknown Cosmetic Arts iridescent glitter.

For a bit more sparkle, added Cover Girl City Lights.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped with an image from B. Loves B.00 Rainbows and Unicorns using FunkyFingers Gesso.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Here's the other ladies day 4 mani's!

Thanks for looking!

Bright Gradient

I did this gradient a couple days back; I really wanted to highlight just the yellow and blue...but I guess when they overlap, you get green so I had to take it!  This features my new 'hide an owwie pose' on my middle finger; it will be featured randomly for the mani's I did over the couple weeks when it was obvious lol.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of Cirque Hustle, two coats, no top coat.

Did a sponged gradient using it and an unnamed Cosmetics Art polish.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using an image from Lesley LS-52 using FunkyFingers Gesso.

Hope you're having a fabulous weekend; thanks for looking!

Green Matchy Marble

When I sat down to do my nails one afternoon a couple weekends ago, I noted that a newly purchase polish matched pretty well with a stamping polish that I had with me brought with me.  Hey, the mani inspiration is just that simple sometimes lol.  So I sat down to do my nails solely with the purpose to use them both in the mani; here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls; no top coat (no pix as have shown before).  Did a gradient sponge with Cosmetic Arts Spiked Punch.  This was a great find at $1.99 from Giant Tiger.

Sunlight.

Added a couple coats of Essie As Gold As It Gets (Another deal of $3 at Dollerama!)

Sunlight.

Stamped using Mundo de Unas 61 Figi using an image from Apipila p6.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

You can tell I was on vacation by the state of my nails in these pix; this was the last of five days that I had been away over the Labour Day long weekend.  Oh well; nothing stops me from doing my nails!

Hope you had a great weekend; thank for looking!

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow....

NOT!!

While I have snowflakes on my mani today, I'm not especially looking forward to the snow. Not that I mind snow itself, its just that I'm not a fan of driving in it. Not that I mind my driving in it...its everyone else on the roads who don't know how to drive for the conditions that irritates me! The worst offenders are those who drive way too slow when there's a minimal amount of snow on the ground to those who drive way to fast when its slick. My commute to work goes from 30 minutes to 2 hours when it snows...even an inch or two. My area has only seen a few flakes so far which haven't even stayed on the ground! I'd really like to see snow on Christmas Eve as its always magical to me having a nice gentle snowfall then...but after that, I can take it or leave it.

Anyway, onto the snowflake mani I'm wearing today which looks like this.

Two coats of Cosmetic Arts in.....something. I'll call it cornflower blue for lack of a name! Cosmetic Arts polishes have been popping up at various Winners in my area. So great to have more polish options and Winners is a mecca for polishes lately!

Topped with a coat of NYX Girls Turks & Caicos. I started this mani on Saturday night. When I went to bed, it looked this this.

Sunday morning, I took a pix outside (it was overcast); you can see the glitter from Turks & Caicos a little better in the daylight.

Sunday night, I stamped it using Konad white and sky blue special polishes using IP's SdP C-12 and SdP 8.

This morning, I took another pix outside so you can see how the glitter looks underneath a little bit better in the daylight.

Are you looking forward to the snow...or not!

Thanks for looking!
