Another Easter Mani!

I haven't been too inspired to do Easter mani's; I've done 4 so far and that will probably be all I'll be sharing this year.  The holiday fanatic in me is disappointed in this but when I look at all the Easter related stamping images I have, and it's a pretty good number of plates, nothing was screaming to me to use.  In  fact, I was pretty disappointed in the lack of good Easter images available on plates, at least the ones I have and I want to say I have at least 20-30.  Maybe I'm just looking for something different.  I've since ordered a few more Easter related plates but that won't help this year, lol, so maybe I'll be better inspired for next year.  Keeping my fingers crossed that I do.  In the meanwhile, here is another Easter mani to share!

Started with a base of three coats Girly Bits I've Got High Hoops, no top coat.

Topped with a thick coat of Fancy Gloss Witchcraft, no topcoat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Different lighting; can see the flakies shining through a little bit more.

Stamped using an image from Wistonia W212 with accent nail using Nicole Diary-042 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

I thought it needed a little bit of colour, so added dots using MdU 52.  Looking at this, I don't know why I didn't dot the Easter Bunny's tail, but oh well.  Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

I did Ms. Cindy a little different; used a daisy image from Wistonia W212 using same colours as shown above.  Please excuse cuticles; nails are in a bad state, sorry!

Digit-al Dozen Does Texture; Day 4

I'm a day late getting this post up...the stat holiday today just means cramming the same amount of weekly work into 4 days versus doing it in 5....just longer hours all week for me....by the time I got home yesterday, I was just too tired to do the post!  Sometimes, it seems hardly worth taking the day off.....then, today, I woke up not feeling the best.....anywayyyy, enough excuses lol..... we are still on texture week for Digit-al Dozen; here's the mani I came up with for Day 4!

Started with a base of two coats of OPI My Vampire is Buff on all fingers except accent, which is L'Oreal The Palace Life, topped with SV.  

Stamped using MoYou Festive-14 (pinky), W212 (thumb), W105 (index) and MoYou Festive-09 (middle and ring).  Stamping polishes are white Konad, black, bubble blue and avocado FUN, Mundo de Unas 15 and 16.

Using assortment of jelly polishes (L'Oreal Miss Pixie, L'Oreal Mango Mamma, OPI I'm Never Amberrassed, and OPI Don't Violet Me Down), coloured eggs on index finger.

Added dots using texture polishes; Sinful Ruby Mine, Nicole by OPI Lilac Gumdrops, Nicole by OPI Candy is Dandy and Kiko 643.

I was really trying to leave big dollops of the texture polish to get a raised look...here's a close up to show how much!

Decided to outline the eggs on the index using Sinful Ruby Mine.  

Added flocking powder on index, middle and ring fingers.  

Added a few more dots on middle to finish.  Left like this; no topcoat on any nails.
