Happy New Year's Eve!

Happy New Year's Eve!  I wish I could say I was doing something more exciting for New Year's but I'm  staying in tonight, watching a little tv, doing some blog posts and then ringing in the new year with watching some channel on tv.  I hope whatever you are doing, that you have a great one and all the best in 2022!

I wanted something blingy so put on two coats of Autumn's Palette plus a little extra on the tips, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using images from Chez Delaney Fete 002 (thumb, pinky), SugarBubbles SBS 04 (index) and SBS 09 (middle and ring) usisng Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

This is Ms. Cindy; same images but on a base of Dance Legend New Messiah.  I used it on this hand because, you know, glitter removal lol.

Fall Leaves

I've already seen some Christmas nails posted and here I am, still sharing fall nails.  Maybe it's because I did so many fall manis?  The last couple years, I did sooo many fall manis that I run out of time before I even get to share them all....and I have a feeling that this is going to happen again this year!  We'll see how many I get posted this year before the holidays arrive and whatever doesn't get posted, will have to wait until next year!

Started with a base of skittles (again, I know!).  Starting at thumb and going clockwise:  OPI It's A Piazza Cake, OPI Have your Panatonne and Eat It too, Girly Bits Butternut Leave Me, Polish M Maize and Essie Kaf-Tan.  I don't know about you, but I've just been loving fall colours lately!  This is why I wear skittles so often for these mani's; I want to get them all on my nails!

Topped with a thin coat of Fancy Gloss Magma.  Each and every one of the bases go so well with this flakie.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using What's Up Nails B021 with an accent nail of CjS-86 using MdU 59, 66, 106 and 107.

Clear Jelly Stamper CjS-86

Shadow stamped the middle nail using MdU 9.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

I took my favourite base of the bunch and did a full mani with it on Ms. Cindy.  Really liked how it turned out too!

Hopefully you're not too tired of fall nails yet as I have more to share!

Digit-al Dozen Does Accent Nails; Day 5

Here's my day 5 Digit-al Dozen accent nail challenge mani!  I think here, the concept was cool but my hands were kinda dry so not the best pix but hopefully you can overlook that!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a smooshy stamper base of Fancy Gloss Blue Skies and Pink Dreams over a quick coat of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls.

Added a coat of Essie Let It Snow.

Topped again with Polish 'M Dragon Fire.

Then topped with Polished for Days Supernova.  I was going for that unicorn look!

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using images from EjB-03 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Finished with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Here's the other ladies day 5 mani's!

Fiendish Fancies Princess Without Voice

press sample

I cannot tell you how much I adore this polish, Fiendish Fancies Princess Without Voice!  I'm into layering (well, I try to do it as much as possible; when I think of it) so I thought I would try it layered as well as on it's own and it looks fantastic both ways!

As we are in the height of summer, I really wanted some bright nails but also wanted to use a colour that would go well with Fiendish Fancies Princess Without Voice all on its own, so I have shown it both ways here and incorporated into a fun summer mani!

For the fun summer nails, I started with a base of two coats of Polish 'M Forget The Rest with accent of three coats of Fiendish Fancies Princess Without Voice.

I then did one light coat of Fiendish Fancies Princess Without Voice as a topper on all nails but the accent.  I love how this looks and while you'll have to take my word for it, I also layered it over Girly Bits Butternut Leave Me, It's Near Leaf All and Another Brick In The Fall and it looked crazy gorgeous on all of them~ I love it and one thin coat just creates a whole other look (the beauty of layering!)!  I'm sure one or more of these combinations will show up this fall!

Princess Without a Voice is part of the Fiendish Fancies’ Beautiful Creature collection and is an olive frost with bronze, teal and rose shimmer; as you can see here, it builds up nicely to being opaque, but has the versatility of being used as a topper with the highlight being that bronze shimmer.  There were no polish application issues or issues with the brush.  It was easy to remove as well.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped with an image from Lesly LS 32 using Dark Knight, then topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Lesly LS32

I really liked how this looked but it's summer and wanted something more summer like.  Plus you know me, busy nails are right up my alley!  So stamped using image from Lina Feeling Shapely! 08 using FunkyFingers Gesso.  I especially loved how the white popped against the olive in Princess Without Voice; it is my favourite nail!  I was also super happy that the featured polish is still visible even with double stamping!

Top coated again with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.  Unfortunately, the pigments from the Polish 'M changed the stamping colour to a light green tinge; its pretty obvious here but not so much in real life.

I then dotted the flowers and topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Fiendish Fancies Princess Without Voice and other Fiendish Fancies polishes are found here!  Fiendish Fancies ships international; please see all details on the estore site as there are discount codes once a dollar limit is hit and other really useful shipping info there!

Digit-al Dozen Does White; Day 2

I'm sharing these super cute nails for day 2 of Digit-al Dozen white challenge!

Started with a base of two coats of Polish 'M Hello, Monday!, no top coat.  This is one of my favourite polishes; I'm so glad I was able to pick it up in a blog sale!  I keep on going to pick up it to wear time and time again and I have to say to myself, use another polish, one of the 274758604568678690 untrieds you have lol!

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using FunkyFingers Gesso using an image from Creative Shop 83.  This is one of those great images that is interesting, yet has a great void to allow the base polish shine through!

Unfortunately, the polish pigment in the Polish M turned the stamping polish a page green.  It wasn't as obvious in real life but I did like the white stamping a lot better!

Here;s the other ladies day 2 mani's!
