Happy Halloween!

These are my favourite Halloween nails to do; these are from a couple years ago as unfortunately, I didn't do any like this this year.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of a few Halloween like polishes:  Nine Zero Eight Spotted Forester (thumb and ring), Painted Polish Gilded Poppy (middle) and Fingerpaints Mistful Thinking topped with Watcha Indie Polish Wicked West Witch (Little Box of Horrors March 2022).

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using UC Halloween 03 using MdU 13 and Painted Polish Midnight Mischief (thumb); Lina Spooklicious 03 using MdU 106, Painted Polish Stamped in Slate, Painted Polish Midnight Mischief then added bats from Marianne Nails n131 (middle); UC Halloween 01 using MdU 106 and Painted Polish Midnight Mischief (pinky); Lantern & Wren Boo Squad using MdU 106 and Painted Polish Midnight Mischief (shrunk images with CjS stamper) (ring and index).  Added bats on index from Lina Spooklicious 03 using MdU 106 and Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.

I took a pictures outside and discovered that I had a thermal polish on!

Trick or Treat

It's All Hallow's Eve and tomorrow night, the trick or treater's will be out!  Let's get ready!

Another skittle base; starting at thumb and going clockwise;  Painted Polish 2020, Painted Polish Lime So Lucky, Lollipop Lacquer Skit To the Sweet Shop (PPU rewind 2021), Polish M Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, Painted Polish Slime Time.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Delaney Halloween 006 (index), Lantern & Wren Haunted Halloween (ring and web on pinky), MoYou Festive 16 (thumb), UberChic UC Halloween 01 (middle) and Delaney Halloween 001 (random bats).  Used MdU 11, 13, 39, Painted Polish Blanc Slate and Midnight Mischief.  Did some stamper decals and some shadow stamping here.

Spiders!

I did this mani back in 2019 but didn't get around to sharing it then or last year so I thought I had better get it shared this year before another year goes by!  

Started with a base of OPI Black Onyx with accent nail of OPI DS Shimmer.

Spider Webs!

While I haven't shared a lot of Halloween nails, I have done quite a few of them over the last several weeks.  Hopefully I'll get time to share them all but anyway, my point about the matter is sometimes I get tired of wearing orange, green, purple, etc. day after day so need to change them up a little.  So did these spider webs on a blue base.  Not overly Halloweeny, but they were a nice change from wearing orange, green, purple, etc.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of KBShimmer Jewels of the Trade, then topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using image from Lantern and Wren Haunted Halloween using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Added a spider from UberChic Halloween 01 using MdU 52 and Painted Polish Midnight Mischief, then topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.  (Shadow stamped, but not very well lol; the downfall of doing nails at 1 am lol)

It's Spooky Season!

With Halloween right around the corner, we're in fully spooky season!  Here's my first Halloween mani!

Started with a base of Potion Polish Flannel Jammies, KBShimmer Hey There Pumpkin on OPI No Tan Lines, and KBShimmer Be Scareful. 

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using images from MoYou Halloween 10 (ring, index and spider on middle), UberChic Halloween 01 (pinky), Creative Shop 108 (middle) and UberChic Halloween 03 (thumb) using MdU 11, 107, Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.

Added a few dots for interest and filler using MdU 11.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Halloween Spiders!

Halloween is right around the corner so I thought I should start to share some Halloween nails soon!  These colourful nails were easy peasy to do and are how I like to do my nails....busy and colourful!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Cupcake Polish How Do You Like Meow? which was part of the September 2020 Polish Pickup offerings.  I love the formula of Cupcake Polish and it's like the polish applies itself; I rarely have any cleanup which is just unheard of for me.  But this is why I picked it up even though I have a few polishes like it in my stash.  Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using an image from UberChic Halloween 01 using MdU 11, 39, 107 and 111 with Painted Polish Blanch Slate as well.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

While I didn't mind the look of those nails, I decided to add dots for colour and filler so added random dots using same stamping polishes.

Finished with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Halloween Nails!

This cute design is my attempt at those gradient type of nails when you have one colour at each end of you hand and then a mash up on the middle nails.  But as you can see, I went a little overboard and dot crazy as usual and just mixed it all up but still think it turned out OK!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, with accent nails of Color Club Explosive (6 coats; it is a jelly and needed a few to be opaque!) and MoYou Purple Rain (yes the stamping polish as I wanted to be all matchy-matchy!)

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on top.

Stamped using images from UberChic Halloween 01 (ring) using MdU 66 and Lina Spooklicious! 01 on middle using MoYou Purple Rain stamping polish. 

Added accent dots.

Decided it was just a little plain for me, so added more dots (please excuse the white polish dot strings; the polish was just a little too goopy for good dotting!)

Added dots to middle and ring; then topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

I think those ghosts are about the cutest images I have ever seen and have used them a few times now in Halloween mani's; I hope I get a chance to post them all!

Spiders!

I'm not sure why spiders are associated with Halloween; I guess you could wear them anytime of the year and not just at Halloween.  Anyway, I did a bunch of spiders or spider associated images for my first Halloween mani!  I have to say, I absolutely love the middle image and really hope I can fit it into another mani soon!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Pahlish Yellow Brick Road.  Despite the name, I see this is a tad on the green side so thought it might be good to use for a Halloween mani.  Even if not green, I still love how you can use any polish and turn it into Halloween or something unexpected or out of the norm!

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
