I'm loving how these nails turned out! I was going for something bright. Then decided to do a little layering and then picked out an awesome negative spaced image so that the neon flakie awesomeness in the the base could be seen! Here's what I came up with!
Started with a base of two coats of Color Club Youthquake, no top coat.
Topped with a coat of Different Dimension Gluttony.
Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
Topped with an image from Creative Shop 134 using Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.
The next day, added a coat of matte; I *think* Glitsen & Glow matte.
