Fall Leaves!

We have more seasonal daytime temperatures now and the nights are really dipping, so there will be lots of fall colour soon.  My favourite time of year; can't wait to see more leaves changing!  Here's another fall mani that I did not too long ago!

Polishes used, starting at the thumb and going clockwise:  Painted Polish Cobra Clarity, Girly Bits Butternut Leave Me Alone, Etheral Lacquer Viper, Chance Nail Lacquer 303, and Cirque Urbanized.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Clear Jelly Stamper CjS-318

Stamped using Clear Jelly Stamper CjS-318 using MdU 9, 13, 106 and 107, outlined in Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.  Accent nail is Lina 4 Seasons Autumn 03 with same polishes.

I thought the thumb looked a little bare when the leaves on all leaves were outlined but not on the thumb, so handpainted an outlined them with polish and brush, then topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Zigzags!

Really simple stamping but I did try to jazz up the base by doing some layering; did it work?

On a base of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Hydro Electric, topped Etheral Lacquer Spellfrost, then topped with Holo Taco Flakie Holo Taco.  I didn't take pictures of the in-process mani as I didn't think this was a mani I was going to share as this was the time when my thumb was growing out and I was painting my nails regularly but not always taking pictures to share.

Too pretty to stamp!  But you know I did! Before stamping, topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.  Then stamped with Marianne Nails n.1 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Slightly different lighting.

Simply Elegant!

Just another simple mani that I did not too long ago doing my usual thing lately; adding some layering and then looking for an image that doesn't cover the base polish too much so you can see it shine through!

Started with a base of two coats of Zoya Talia, no top coat.

Topped with Etheral Lacquer Sunset Falls (IEC exclusive), no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Sugar Bubbles SB052 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Digit-al Dozen Does Look Up; Day 3

I've had a hectic week and yesterday's dumping of snow didn't help it at all so I'm behind in getting my Digit-al Dozen posts up.  With the time change last weekend and with it now being dark at 5ish pm, I've been seeing a lot of stars at night now especially given that I leave work at 8 or 9 pm most nights lately which is what I came up with on day 3 of our look up challenge!

Started with a base of two coats of Zoya Pinta.

Added a coat of Etheral Lacquer Moonlit Machete from September 2018 Polish Pickup.

This low lighting pix shows flakies a bit better.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Sponged Zoya Julie and Paint It Pretty Polish Indigo Rises.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top. A couple of the nails weren't very happy with all the coats of polish in such a short time and kinda wrinkled but as I was doing these nails one morning before work, I didn't have time for them to settle down.  But they did once dry.

Stamped using images from BundleMonster BM-XL213 using FunkyFingers Gesso.

Low lighting pix shows some of those flakies a little better....the ones I didn't sponge over anyway lol.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Low light again.

Here's the other ladies day 3 mani's!
