Not A Snowflake Mani

I'm going through my draft posts looking for a mani that isn't blue or a snowflake mani to try to switch up my feed a bit but I'm having a hard time to find something!  I came across this mani; unfortunately, it is blue but it seems to be my most popular shade for nails so it will have to do.

Started with a base of two coats of Enchanted Polish Water for Unicorns, no top coat.  Also added a bit more at the tips.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Lina Dress Your Nails 01 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Added dots using Painted Polish Stamped in Starfruit and MdU 52 or some colour and interest, then topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Fall!

The fall colours are really starting to be present; it was so nice seeing them in the beautiful sun over the weekend!  Here's some fall colour on my nails!

Started with a base of two coats of Enchanted Polish Autumn Afternoon, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using images from Lina 4 Seasons-Autumn 03 using MdU 9, 13, 66, 106 and 107 and Painted Polish Midnight Mischeief.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

I took a few different pictures in different lighting; this is outside, in the shade.

Natural daylight; sun.

The next day, did a coat of Essie Matte About You; my favourite I think!

Shine Bright Like a Diamond!

I know my mani's haven't been overly interesting for a while; I still do my nails almost every night, but I don't have as much time do spend on doing mani's, so I've been doing some simple stamping on top of what I hope is an interesting base and sharing them when I have a few minutes to do a quick post.  Like this one; here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Miami Ice (not shown as have shared before), topped with DRK Unguilty Pleasure (May 2021 PPU), no top coat.

Topped with Enchanted Polish Instant Galaxy.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using an image from Sugar Bubbles SBS16 using Painted Polishes Stamped in Saltwater, Blanc  Slate and Deux 2.0.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

My gradient wasn't as as gradual as I had wanted but sometimes that just how it goes.  Still liked how it turned out though!

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using image from LilyAnna 13 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Sorry for all the pictures but I was really happy with how these ones turned out!

Who'se Ready for Winter?

Enchanted Winter, that is!  I thought I'd take a break from all the recent yellow/orange hued manis to post something that didn't look like fall nails for a change of pace and came across from this mani.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Enchanted Winter, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Painted Polish Stamped in Scales, Stamped in Saltwater and Stamped in Cinderelly.  Unfortunately, I didn't mark down the plate so will have to update it once I come across it.  Sorry!  I actually think this is a pretty cool image and was hoping to use it soon so I hope I can locate it soon!

Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Cherry Blossoms!

I've been seeing some pictures of cherry blossoms; hard to believe that the weather is warm enough for this as we certainly don't seem to have warm enough weather for much budding right now.  Although I guess I do see a few buds on the trees and sprouts of plants coming up.  But man, it is chilly!  And windy!  Hopefully warmer weather is right around the corner!  I haven't done cherry blossom nails in a while (if ever, come to think of it) but have done a couple so far this year so thought I'd start sharing as part of my spring sharing right now.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of Enchanted Disco H20 (teal) with accent nails of Elevation Polish The Cow's Mouth.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Made a stamper decal from Creative 167 using Painted Polish Midnight Mischief, then filled in with MdU 20, Painted Polish Stamped in Rose and Painted Polish Blanc Slate and Enchanted Disco H20.  Also stamped the branches for the blossoms on the rest of the nails using Painted Polish Midnight Mischief from Dixie Plates DP10.

Edited post to add Creative Shop 167 pix.

Added the cherry blossoms to the branches from Dixie Plates DP10 using same polishes from the middle; MdU 20, Painted Polish Stamped in Rose and Painted Polish Blanc Slate by doing an gradient on the plate.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Added either black dots on some blossoms or the tri-colours on others as centers of the blossoms.

Finished with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Have a great weekend and thanks for looking!

Edit:  I loved this picture shared on Riyets on IG recently and thought it was appropriate to this mani!
