Another Flower Mani

It's been a few posts since I last shared these daisy nails that I keep on rehashing over and over so here's another version!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of Orly De-Stressed, with accent nails of Pretty Beautiful Unlimited Candy Floss.

Kelly Negri KN 33

Topped the Orly base with DRK In Living Color, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped lines using Lina Make Your Mark 03 with MdU 91, and the rest of the nails images from Kelly Negree KN 33 with Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Decided to add a few more flowers, so double stamped using same KN 33 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate on the lines.

Dotted all floral centers using Painted Polish Stamped in Starfruit.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Paint It Pretty Polish Valentines Collection 2019 With Nail Art!

Paint It Pretty Polish Valentines Collection 2019** is releasing tomorrow here!  I already shared the trio of polishes on my last post but of course I did some Valentines nail art using them as well!

Here's what I came up with!

On a base of two coats of Paint It Pretty Polish More Love, Less Paperwork, stamped using images from MdU San Valentin 4 with accent of BM-XL201 using Painted Polish Stamped in Rose and MdU 1.

MdU San Valentin 4.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Paint It Pretty Polish Grow Old With Me, was the base for this mani.  I made a couple stamper decals using Mezerdoo B3 using Funky Fingers Gesso as the stamped image, then filled in with Paint It Pretty Polish More Love, Less Paperwork and Painted Polish Stamped in Rose.  The pinky and middle are stamped using image from Konad m95; the thumb is MoYou Festive 20.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

On the final polish in the trio, Paint It Pretty Polish Love Without Limited, stamped using images from Lina Make Your Mark 03 using Funky Fingers Gesso.

The Paint It Pretty Valentine's Day trio is available tomorrow,  Friday, February 8th retailing for $10 each here

Digit-al Dozen Does Indie Love; Day 4

For Day 4 of Digit-al Dozen indie love theme, I'm sharing a few indie products; indie stamping plates and indie stamping polishes.  Nails are blue again as I'm only sharing blue mani's for the month of April for Autism Awareness month.  Here's what I came up with!

This was my first foray using the gradient image on Lina Make Your Mark 03.  Not very successful but I always share the good with the bad.  This is a gradient using MoYou Beach House and MoYou Deep Ocean.  This is a big fail to me; to be honest, I can't even say I've mastered (or even gotten better) at the stamping gradient as any gradients I've done since this (and this is almost a year old), I've just done the more traditional way using a sponge.  I would love that this would work better for me, or even with the fan brush as it would make gradients so much faster, but I honestly have never tried it since.

Topped with a layer of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

I was thoroughly disgusted with my gradient attempt but as I had already invested my time in doing it, I thought I had better see if I could save it.  So stamped on top of it using another image from Lina Make Your Mark 03 using FunkyFingers Gesso.

This too was a fail as somehow I ended stamping something on my ring finger.  Gaaaa!  So needed to cover THAT up, so stamped using yet another image from Lina Make Your Mark 03 using MoYou Deep Ocean.

While this finally didn't make the nails an utter fail, I thought the nails STILL needed something more.  So stamped for the fourth and final time using an image from Marianne nails n.62 using Moyra SP 05.  I think this is also the first time that I've done a quadruple layered stamped mani (other than when I've stamped single images randomly on nails; then I've probably done 20 or more stamps but this is actually layer on top of layer on top of layer on top of layer. Whew!)

Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.  I do have to say that I really like how this ended up, it was just quite a bit of work getting there.  Just goes to show that with a bit of work, you can save a nail fail lol!

Here's the other ladies Day 4 mani's!

Beyond The Nail Galaxy 2.0 Collection

As we are finally getting some beautiful, sunny weather here, I thought a bright and fun mani is in order! One of my purchases at Indie Expo Canada last month was Beyond The Nail Galaxy 2.0 collection; I picked up the very last full complete set as they were flying off the shelf!  I used all six polishes....and this is my very first vertical gradient (hopefully, that's what it's called!) which isn't perfect, but didn't turn out too badly! Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of one coat of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls, then did vertical gradient using the entire Galaxy 2.0 collection;  Astral, Celestial, Stellar, Cosmic, Intergalactic, and Astronomical.  As an fyi, this gradient took a lot of sponging as the polishes are pretty sheer but worth the effort!

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Lina Make Your Mark 03 using FunkyFingers Dark Knight.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

A final pix just cause I like how it looks!
