Succulents!

I have so many blue mani's that it's a challenge to find a mani that's another colour.  And what isn't blue, seems to be an abundance of purple nails and I just shared purplse so came across this mani that is kinda blue and kinda purple but more pink than purple or blue, so here it is!

Started with a base of three coats of Fancy Gloss Hydrangea, no top coat.  This is so freakin' pretty!  

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

OMG!  So pretty!!!

Stamped using MdU 93 using EjB-01.  This stamping polish goes so well with the flakies making a really nice tone on tone look!

Distressed Purple

I love when stamping and the base polish go so well together!

Started with a base of two coats of Kathleen & Co. Ghost Manor (PPU September 2021), no top coat.  Stunning!

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Maniology MXM031

Stamped using Maniology MXM031 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate, Painted Polish Stamped in Periwinkle, Painted Polish Thirty and Flirty and a MoYou pink.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Topcoat dulled the stamping a bit; I suspect it was the base polish bleeding through to the stamping polish, but still really pretty!

Daisies!

Another day, another daisy mani!  I've been seeking out different images to use for daisies instead of my favourite Lina 4 Seasons-Spring 02 and I'm really digging these that I found on a Kad's plate.  Here's what I came up with!

KADS 066

Started with a base of blues using OPI Duoma Days, Duoma Nights and OPI Grabs the Unicorn by the Horn.

Topped thumb with By Vanessa Molina Nail Polish Morpheus (HHC August 2022).

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped Lines on index and pinky using EYNails n.2 using MdU 91, and then daisies in assortment of sizes from KADS 066 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.  Also stamped a few daisies from same plate using MdU 91.

Added floral centers using Painted Polish Stamped in Starfruit.

Ms.Cindy also had the same stamping.  I actually like the thumb on this hand more than the other.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Another Day. Another Blue Mani.

What can I say?  I like blue!

Started with a base of one coat of Glam Batch 9 on a coat of Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Hydro Electric.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped image from Uberchic 3-03 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Added a few dots for filler and interest using MdU 68.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Nails from Five Years Ago

I did these nails back in November 2018...making them not quite 5 years ago.  I have no idea why I didn't share them at the time...could have been too busy, had better nails to share, ticked at the stamping smear so didn't think they were post worthy.  Who knows.  But I've had them saved for a while now and they don't look that bad, so here I am, finally sharing them!

Creative Shop 111

Started with a sponged gradient using ILNP Avalon and No Days Off, no top coat.

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using image from Creative Shop 111 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Topped using a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.  Smeared stamping fail from not floating the top coat well enough.  Thankfully since then, I've discovered Apipila no smear top coat and use it reguarly now.  No issues with stamping smear now.  Game changer!

Blue Print

It's not easy trying to find nails to post that aren't either blue or a floral. So as I just posted a floral, I figure it's OK to share a blue mani!  This kinda looks like a floral too...but at least it isn't a daisy mani!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Essie Waterfall in Love, no top coat.

Topped with a thin coat of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Pride Blue Serenity, no top coat.  I'm not sure why I did this combination; I'm sure I have the dup of this layered look somewhere in my stash! 

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Moyra 78-Aquatic using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Added a few dots using MdU 91.

Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.
