I had seen the F.U.N Lacquer Princess 2.0 polishes for sale a few months ago and, the holo lover that I am, decided I need them in my life! While I missed the original preorder, I was able to snag a set when they were released for sale. I've worn a few of them since then; this is a combination of F.U.N Lacquer Aurora and Rapunzel with Liquid Sky Lacquer Walk on the Wild Side.
What I really like about these F.U.N polishes, is that while the holo is obvious, it doesn't overpower the stamping on top. There are some holo's that are so holo-tastic, that the stamping on top is just lost and blinded by the holo flame (and I'm not complaining, just saying!). There's also some holo polishes that the holo is so faint, you can't see it unless you are in the most glaring rays of sun light. These F.U.N polishes fall in between.
Started with a base of two coats of F.U.N. Aurora; two coats, no topcoat.
Different lighting; see the holo better!
Sponged F.U. N. Rapunzel and Liquid Sky Walking on the Wild Side. I initially was going to sponge only F.U.N Rapunzel but was having a hard time determining where Rapunzel and Aurora joined and it wasn't obvious enough using only them, so added Liquid Sky Walking on the Wild Side).
I didn't want to cover the base too much, stamped with an image from Apipila P.24; used white Konad special polish.
Apipila P24
Top coated with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.
The holo shot!
This is another one of those looks that can easily be done when you don't have a whole lot of time with an interesting full size image and seems to be another go to look when wanting to do my nails, just limited time to do them!
Thanks for looking!
Love it !
