This mani has a lot of things that I love about nails - stamping, a pretty base, layering, a cool image that you can see the stamping underneath!
Started with a base of OPI Achievemen Unlocked, two coats, no top coat.
Topped with Girly Bits Grand Prospect Haul (Exclusive) Polish Con NYC 2017, no top coat.
Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped with image from Marianne Nails n.42 using Mdu light purple.
Topped with a final coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
