Loads of Hearts!

There's not much more traditional for Valentine's day as a red and white nail and so many hearts!

Started with a base of Rogue Until The Last Petal Falls (HHCMarch 2023) over Orly Monroe's Red, with accent nail of Zoya Yuki over Cupcake White Pop.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using image from OM-H03 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate, with Moyra 74 Romantique on accent, using Moyra SP 906.

Another Valentine Mani!

 Sweet Valentine hearts!

Started with a base of three coats of China Glaze Totally Taffy, no top coat.

Topped accent nails with Pahlish Witches Batch sample batch, two coats.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped lines using Creative Shop182 Basic using Moyra SP19, with accent of hearts from KADS Festival 018 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate, with ring accent stamping with image from  MdU Love.

Layered more hearts on the accent nails using images from KADS Festival 018.

Valentines Hearts!

I did these nails last year and as you can see, my nails were really,  really short as they were just starting to grow out.  It didn't stop me from doing my nails though and I have oodles of archived mani's to share when they were this short, which I hope is also inspiration for those who have short nails.

Started with a coat of Cuticula Never Sleep Again (June 2024 PPU Rewind) on top of two coats of L'Oreal Rouge Amour, no top coat.  Ohhh, my nails looks so rough here.  Going out on a limb sharing them but not everyone has perfect nails all the time and I think it's important to share everyday life as not everyone has manicured nails all the time as well as the fact that nail art can be done on short nails too!

Blue Hearts!

I'm in love....with these blue heart nails!  I could wear these all year long! And in so many different colours!  Love, love love!

Started with a base of two coats of Different Dimension ? It was unlabelled so not quite sure what it is.  It may be a named polish, or it may have been a mystery polish as I bought quite a few of them at their last release of polishes.  If you happen to recognize it, please let me know!

National Sweater Day

Today is National Sweater Day, so I'm sharing these sweater nails for the occasion.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of Pahlish Cherry Christmas! Sample Batch, over Orly Monroe's Red.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using image from Delaney Hiver 004 on all nails, except accent which is Lantern & Wren Shake Your Flakes, using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Bleeding Heart

One of my favourite things to put on my nails is some type of plaid with some interesting accent on top.  While 90% of the time, the interesting accent is a snowflake or flower, I decided to add hearts for Valentine's Day; here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Different Dimension Mystery Proto 334, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped lines using image from Lilic's A08 using MdU 64.

Added hearts from MoYou London Love Is....12 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Added a small heart using MdU 64 and the same plate on the pinky.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.  Had to be quick to take a picture as I suspected this was one of those purple polishes that bleeds through the stamping.

That was the right call because the white stamping turned a pale lilac very quickly.  It was still pretty!

Hearts!

I have so many Valentine's Day mani's to share, that I'm starting now with my favourite this year.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of my favourite blue creme, China Glaze Blue Raspberry Ice, no top coat.

Topped with Dreamland Lacquer Wrangled At The Rodeo, one thin coat.  This is one of my favourite polish combinations!

The heart stamping wasn't very opaque, so stamped it again, trying to stamp exactly where it was first placed.  Didn't do too bad of a job!

While I thought this was pretty cool, I decided to stamp a smaller heart from the same plate on the larger white heart, using Painted Polish Stamped in Saltwater.

There was even another smaller heart and I thought briefly about stamping it on the blue heart with white polish, but I thought I had better not press my luck as these had all lined up pretty good, so finished with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
