A Wee Bit of Irish!

We're all a bit Irish around St. Patrick's Day, aren't we??

Started with a base of skittles; starting at thumb and going clockwise:  Anchor & Heart Lacquer Dream Stone (Jan 18 PPU), Zoya Hunter, Zoya Tilda and Painted Polish Celtic Crelly (on a white soft focus base), no topcoat.

Stamped using Lantern & Wren A Wee Bit Irish (ring), BM-H05 (thumb), Lina All Mixed Up! 01 (middle) and UberChic Mini: St. Patrick's Day 2 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate and an MdU (but didn't mark number). Also used brush and polish to fill in some stamping voids.

Shadow stamped ring with Painted Polish Woodland Whimsey 2.0 and also added mini shamrocks from Lantern & Wren A Wee Bit Irish.

St. Patrick's Day

Another St. Patrick's Day mani!

Started with a base of two coats of Pahlish Wild Lands, no top coat.  I used this polish on Ms. Cindy for another St. Pat's mani last year and decided it needed to be used for a St. Pat's mani this year.  (FYI, it was on Ms. Cindy as I had on Pahlish Four Leaf Clover; my absolute favourite green polish for St. Pat's; I only have one bottle and it needs to be used sparingly!)

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Beauty Big Bang XL-007

Stamped using Beauty Big Bang XL-007 and Lina All Mixed Up using MdU 39.  I didn't have an easy time using the Beauty Big Bang image; it didn't pick up that well regardless of what stamper or even what stamping polish used.  That is why it's only a few nails here although I had planned on using it on all nails.  I love he image; it is so interesting but have no time for images that don't stamp.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish,

Lucky Leprechaun!

Pahlish Four Leaf Clover Sample Batch is one of my favourite polishes to use for St. Patrick's Day mani's so I was sure to use it again this year again!  I'm secretly hoping that Pahlish comes out with another like this and have been holding off from ordering just in case.  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Pahlish Four Leaf Clover (Sample Batch) with accent of Painted Polish Celtic Crelly, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Stamped using Lina All Mixed Up! using MdU 38 on all nails except the thumb which is MoYou Festive 67, which is a stamper decal that I had made to use on another mani but thought it needed to be used here instead!

So cute!

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

I did Ms. Cindy a little different but close!  Same stamping imae and stamping polish, but on a base of Pahlish Wild Lands.  Wild Lands, I think, will be another St. Patrick's Day favourite next year, I think!

Bright Nails!

Today is suppose to be sunny and warm so I thought I'd share some bright nails to go along with this gorgeous weather!  I've tried to do a few spring-like nails recently so hope to share a few soon, along with Easter nails!  Anyway, these didn't turn out exactly what I had in mind but I guess they didn't turn out too badly; I know I've done worse!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls with accent nails of OPI Music is my Muse and OPI Sun, Sea and Sand in my Pants, all four (!) coats, no top coat.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Made stamper decals with image from Lina All Mixed Up! 01 using MdU 5 and same base polishes to fill and then placed them.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.

Added dots using Lina Feeling Shapely! 02 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.

Added a few dots using the base polishes for colour, filler and interest.  As you know, I like them busy!

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

I hope you're having a fantastic weekend; thanks for looking!

Kiss Me, I'm Irish!

If this mani looks familiar, it's because it was a mani that evolved over several days, with some parts staying constant, that I shared the finished look here!  That and the fact that I loved Pahlish Four Leaf Clover so much, I didn't want to take it off!  But I did wear it in different phases for a few days before how it ended up and this post will share a couple of those looks including this one!

Started with a base of Pahlish Four Leaf Clover on the index, middle and pinky.  The ring is a sponged gradient of KBShimmer In Yacht Water and Girly Bits It's Near Leaf Fall.  Thumb is a fluid art decal that was applied, polishes unknown.

Stamped all the Pahlish nails with Lina All Mixed Up! 01 using MdU 30, thumb is UberChic mini:  St. Patrick's Day with the shamrocks from the same Lina plate; the middle nail is a stamper decal made from Messy Mansion MM04.  Ring finger is MM04 with the rainbow being CjS H-14 using Mdu 39, 68, 11, 107, 9 and 60.

However, when I went to top coat the middle nail, the stamper decal pretty much disintegrated so as not to abandon the entire mani, I did a fresh coat of the Palish and stamped it with the clovers on the rest of the nails, then topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.  I wore this for a couple days.

But after a couple days, I thought the thumb nail didn't seem to go that well with the rest of the nails, so removed the fluid art decal and put on Pahlish Four Leaf Clover on it as well, then stamped it with the same shamrock images and again, wore it for a couple days.  I didn't mind how it looks here but just preferred it with the Pahlish base on all four nails with the pot of gold accent nail!

Thanks for looking and hope you're having a great weekend!  And wash your hands often!

Another St. Patrick's Day Mani!

It's Digit-al Dozen week!

Except it's not!  (Insert sad face.)  This was suppose to be a Digit-al Dozen post; however, unfortunately, we aren't doing the challenge this month.  I understand; I've had to miss a couple months myself or wasn't able to participate in the full week due to life events happening lately, so I hope we will be on track for next month!

Speaking of participating; the Digit-al Dozen is looking for new members!  If you love nail art, have a blog and can do 5 mani's a month on various challenges, we'd love to hear from you!  Please comment in this post or email me or any of the Digit-al Dozen members!  Thank you!

This mani is actually one of my favourite mani's that I've done for St. Patrick's Day!  Here's what I came up with!

Usually my posts show the mani in progress but this was actually the end look of three different looks just changing up a few nails over a couple days and I'll share them later.  But just in case I don't get to sharing them soon, the base polish is Pahlish Four Leaf Clover with an accent gradient of KBShimmer In Yacht Water and Girly Bits It's Near Leaf Fall.  The clovers are from Lina All Mixed Up! 01 using MdU 39 and the accent nail is image from MM 04 for the pot of gold, filled with Hit the Bottle to Have and to Gold, and the rainbow bars from CjS H-14 using, in order shown, MdU 39, 68, 11, 107, 9 and 60.  I just could not get enough of Pahlish Four Leaf Clover which is why I kept on changing up this mani over several days!

Happy Floral Nails!

This is a scheduled post as I'm trying to get as many blue mani's posted in April as possible so doing the posts when I have time.  So the day that this goes live, I hope it's a nice sunny day to go along with these nice and sunny nails!  They made me very happy when I wore them and hopefully, they brighten your day as well!  Here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Pahlish Sailing The Hispaniola, no top coat.  I just love this shade of blue and the finish; I've wore it a few times now which is unusual for me!

Topped with a coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top.

Stamped with image from Lina All Mixed Up! 01 using MdU 1.

Added some dots for colour and interest using MdU 53 and 106.

Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top to finish.

Hopefully these nails made your day just a little brighter!
