Started with two coats of Different Dimension Garden Goddess, no top coat. I found my bottle a bit thicker than I like personally and the addition of a couple drops of thinner was a better consistency for me to apply.
Stamped using white Konad special polish using Sugar Bubbles SB016.

Added a few orange dots for interest and contrast.
Top coated to finish.
Different Dimension Garden Goddess is from the 2014 Spring collection. It's no surprise that this polish isn't in stock anywhere I quickly checked, but you might be able to snag it on a blog sale if anyone is silly enough to destash it! Don't be surprised if I buy it from under you though; I think it's backup worthy!
