Another Mani Featuring Emily de Molly EDM06

Here's another image from Emily de Molly EDM06 that I had recent opportunity to review. One of the things that I really appreciate about stamping is that you can pick an interesting polish, add an image that lets the base shine though and come up with a pretty great mani when it's all said and done with!  I think I accomplished that with this mani; here's what I came up with!

Started with a base of two coats of Different Dimension Apus, shown below with no top coat.  Different Dimensions Apus is part of the Shooting Star series.  Unfortunately, I didn't get any of them when they were initially released but have picked up a few on blog sales.  I don't know why anyone would want to part with this dreamy blue with gold flakies but I'm sure happy to have it in my stash because of their destash!

Added a coat of Girly Bits What A Rush QD TC before stamping.

Stamped using Funky Fingers Gesso using an image from EDM06**.  Even though the lines are very fine, the etching is clear and crisp.  Cleaning of the plate was easy as there were no rough edges that catch the cotton when cleaning the plate nor was there any issue with the scraper catching the image during the scrape.

Added a couple studs to accent for interest.

Finished with a coat of Girly Bits What A Rush QD TC to finish.

Emily de Molly stamping plates and vinyls can be purchased via their store here with international shipping from Australia. There is also a US Emily de Molly estore here that also ships plates and polishes to US and Canada. Emily de Molly products are also available via these stocklists with many offering international shipping!

Thanks for looking!
