I can't think of anything catchy to say, so just going to say that I love this base and love how this turned out!
Started with a base of two coats of Lilypad Lacquer Spookylicious (September 2021 Polish Pickup) on top of a VNL base.
Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
Stamped using image from Big SdP Z using Painted Polish Midnight Mischief.
