One of my favourite finishes right now is these holographic flake polishes and Pahlish is a master creating some awesome polishes with them. Including these two colours; here's what I came up with!
Started with a base of Pahlish Wildest Dreams and Love is Love, both two coats, no top coat.
Topped with KBShimmer Clearly on Top.
Stamped using image from CjS-186 using Painted Polish Blanc Slate.
